The 10th edition of the Tour of Fife was a resounding success and well done to Fife AC’s Brian Cruickshank and his team for staging this epic event of races. This year’s tour which was sponsored again by John R.Weir saw 133 runners complete the six stages over seven days. The event which began last Sunday afternoon at Giffordtown saw the ‘tourists’ run 27 miles over varying terrain finishing with the 5.6 mile ‘Twisted’ Chicken Run from Strathmiglo. The competition is intense, the cameraderie is outstanding and everyone is a winner.
