There were around a dozen Carnegie harriers at the race yesterday. Conditions underfoot were fine – much better than last year’s mud!
Tommy Lawrence got 2nd senior, (3rd overall), Gail Murdoch got 2nd vet and Angela Wallace 3rd super vet. Fife AC won both ladies’ and men’s team prizes.
Apart from those mentioned we had Ryan McKenzie, Steve Greer, Allan Wilson, Mick Cowie, Sid James, Linda James, Morna Fleming and me. Linda set a PB.
The Beer Festival 2007 will be held at the Glen Pavillion on the 5th and 6th October.

I think Colin Reynolds was the lone Hillbilly at the Devils Beeftub. Steven King, Andy Hunter, Phil Smithard, Paul Hutton and Jim Small did Merrick on Saturday.

Back in Belgium, she’s just won a local 8K on Saturday and a local 15K on Sunday (no race name or times given) before reducing training for ramadan which starts on Thursday.
Pauline and Fiona ran at Glenrothes yesterday Pauline was 3rd Lady and 2nd Vet in a time of 4.19.20, Fiona was 3rd Vet in a time of 5.02.11
