“I would like to use this opportunity to thank Carnegie Harriers for providing PACERS at the Edinburgh Park Run on saturday (30 October 2010). Specifically, I have to single out the 20-minute pacer, Ian. It was with his help and encouragement that I managed to wipe a massive 48 seconds of my PB, and most importantly go under 20 minutes! Great support, and very much appreciated. Thanks again”
