I found this great new site in an article by Springwise Newsletter

Endomondo is designed to help users keep track of their sports activities, challenge their friends and then follow them live while they are working out. With a focus on distance sports—including running, biking, hiking and kayaking, for example—the site supports most GPS mobile phones and Garmin devices. Users begin by downloading Endomondo’s free software onto their device. They then bring the device whenever they run, walk, bike or participate in any other distance sport.

A few club members are meeting for a long training run this Saturday morning from Dunfermline Academy of Sport at 9am. The plan is to run for about 2 hours 15 minutes and the route will be from the Academy of Sport to South Queensferry and into Dalmeny estate and back. We hope to see a few members on Saturday morning and please be ready to run for 9am. The changing facilities will be available at the Academy of Sport for anyone wishing to use them.
