Perhaps you could give me some guidance on how an unfit person will be able to pick up the Big 50 Challenge that I have put down on behalf of my daughters Trust – and run the BUPA 10km run on 3.5.2010 without killing myself!

great to read the report, however, any reason why no mention of the 4th mens relay team who worked equally hard and came out to represent our club – well done to Neil, Paul , Steve and John

Just to say thanks for all the runners who stopped and offered me help with carrying my push bike on the track from Balmaha to The Inversnaid Hotel on Saturday. No I am not mad I was just out for a fun day which I had chatting to all the runners passing me by
