Graham Clark Memorial Race

We would like all of our members to make a special effort to come along and either take part or assist in organising our Graham Clark Memorial Race which will be held at 7.30pm on Thursday 20th August 2009 at Knockhill Racing Circuit, near Dunfermline.

The race is 3.9 miles and involves three complete circuits of the racing track. This unique event is held in memory of Carnegie Harriers former President and club coach who very sadly past away in 2003. This race has been held every year since 2004 and has proved to be very popular with everyone who takes part.

All entries (£4/£6) are on the night and there will be awards in all categories. £1 from every entry will be donated to charity. The race is also a counter in our Road Running Grand Prix. Can we also ask members to bring along some sandwiches, cakes etc for our post-race buffet. We are looking for volunteers to assist at the race buffet, taking race entries and timekeeping.
