Our club training from April through to June is now posted on our website at www.carnegie-harriers.co.uk This weeks training can be found below;

Tuesday 17th April – 4 to 6 x Pittencrieff Park loop (approx 1K) at 5K pace with 1/3 of effort recovery – be at park ready to start at 7pm

Thursday 19th April – 12 to 16 x 1 minute with 60 second recoveries at Pitreavie Playing Fields

or alternatively please find details below for an off-road run organised by Neil Campbell;

Off Road Run Venue – Church on Hill Road, Ballingry Time – 7pm Date – Thursday 19th April Directions – From the M90 take jct 5,turn right at the end of the sliproad then take first right. Go about 1/2 a mile till you see the sign for Ballingry and Lochore and turn left – that is you on hill rd (keep your eyes peeled for wee tracks on the left all interesting routes up the hill). Follow the road until you come into Ballingry and go about 1/4 of a mile till you see the church on your right.

For those looking for a more relaxed social run then the option of an easy paced group run is also available on both training nights.
